Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place chicken breasts on a sheet tray.
- Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Coat the top of each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of panko over the hummus evenly.
- Spray the top of each panko crusted chicken breast with a light coating of cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165
