Preparation
- Separately heat the chicken and white cheese sauce to a minimum of 165°F, following each manufacturers’ instructions. Hold each item hot at 140°F for service. Before use, pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken, and toss to combine.
- To serve, open bag of Walking Taco Fritos Original Corn Chips and ladle the warmed cheese sauce over the chips. Add the chicken coated in buffalo sauce.
- Top with lettuce, celery, red onions, shredded carrots, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
