Ingredient Slaw Mix	Quantity - 100 Servings 6 1/4 gal.	Quantity - 1 Serving 1 c.
Ingredient Asian Salad Dressing	Quantity - 100 Servings 3 Qts. + 1/2 c.	Quantity - 1 Serving 2 Tbsp.
Ingredient Sesame Seeds	Quantity - 100 Servings 4 Tsp. + 1/2 tsp.	Quantity - 1 Serving 1/8 tsp.

Preparation

1. Prepare Teriyaki Chicken according to manufacturers directions, heating to a minimum of 165°F. Hold hot at 140°F for service.

2. In a large bowl, combine slaw mix with Asian Salad Dressing. Mix to combine.

3. To serve, portion 1.5 oz. TOSTITOS^® Whole Grain Rich Crispy Round Tortilla Chips, and top with 2.85 oz. hot chicken, 1 c. slaw mix, and sesame seeds (optional).
