1. In a large bowl, combine: cherry tomatoes sliced in half, roughly chopped cilantro, diced onion, vinegar and sugar. Stir to combine, then allow to stand at least 1 hour. (Or allow to stand in a sealed container, in the refrigerator.)
2. Place fish on a pan, in a single even layer and bake until minimum internal temperature of 140°F or higher.
3. Warm tortillas.
4. Break CHEETOS® FANTASTIX® FLAMIN’ HOT® Corn and Potato Snacks into 1/2” pieces.
5. To Assemble: Lay tortillas flat on sheet pan. Top with 3/4 c. tomato mixture. Place 2 nuggets on top of each tortilla-- or cut fish into strips. Add ~ 1/4 c. CHEETOS® FANTASTIX® FLAMIN’ HOT® Corn and Potato Snacks to each taco. Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher.
