Preparation
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Grill each chicken breast until an internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
- Lightly toast each bun at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus over the top of each piece of chicken.
- To assemble the sandwich, place 1 piece of chicken, 2 leaves of lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato onto each roll.
