Preparation
- Spread ½ tablespoon of Margarine onto one side of each piece of bread.
- Spread 3 tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus on the opposite sides of the bread.
- Place 2 tomato slices and 1 slice of cheddar on top of the hummus and sandwich the bread together.
- Heat a pan or griddle to medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich on both sides until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and slice in half
