Italian Dressing, prepared  2 ½ cups

Stacy’s Multigrain Pita Chips, broken   1lb
Stacy’s Multigrain Pita Chips, broken   1/3 oz
Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella, basil, garlic, and Italian dressing.

2. Toss pita chip pieces with dressed vegetables. Mix to combine.

3. Transfer to 4-inch shotgun pan for service.

CCP: Cold hold covered at 41 or below until time of service.

SERVING NOTES: SERVE WITH 4 OZ SPOODLE.
