Preparation
- Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus on one side of each tortilla.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
- Add ¼ cup of shredded carrot, ¼ cup of cucumber and, ¼ cup of red bell pepper to each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and trim the ends with a knife.
- Slice into 1-inch rounds.
